On Saturday, March 21st, a prescribed burn will be conducted on the east side of City Lake near Ambuehl Rd.
This controlled burn is being carried out to help manage and reduce invasive plant species, which supports the long-term health of our local ecosystem.
Time: From sunrise to sunset
Residents in the area may notice smoke and the presence of fire personnel throughout the day. This is a planned and supervised operation, and there is no cause for alarm.
Please use caution if traveling near the area and avoid entering the burn zone.
