In an effort to continue to provide the best customer service to our utility customers the following modifications will be made in regards to past due Utility customer accounts as a result of the City entering Phase 4:

Effective 7/13/2020- Until Further Notice

  • Penalties will begin to be assessed on past due accounts.
  • Past due statements will no longer be mailed.
  • Door hanger past due notifications will resume with an extension of time to pay to 30 days.
  • Payment arrangements will continue to be encouraged along with assistance opportunities provided to customers.
