Winter Storm Preparation & Warming Center Notice ❄️
In anticipation of the upcoming storm, all City of Highland departments are preparing for a coordinated response to help ensure the safety of our residents. City officials are closely monitoring the storm’s progression, and the deployment of city services will be adjusted as conditions develop.
Remember, as shown on the map, snow routes will be a priority until the storm subsides. Please remove your vehicles from the snow routes and place them in your driveways or alternate locations if a driveway is unavailable.
Additionally, please do not place trash receptacles curbside for pickup until roadways have been cleared.
The Highland Police Department will begin monitoring snow routes Saturday morning in preparation for roadway operations.
Warming Center Available:
As temperatures reach dangerous levels, the Weinheimer Community Center can be opened as a warming shelter for anyone in need.
