Potential System-Wide Boil Water Order
We have planned maintenance inside the Water Treatment Plant on Tuesday, January 20th. The work should be finished within one day, and customers will not lose their water supply.
During this time, water in our tanks will keep supplying the distribution system, including during sampling procedures. If the work takes longer than expected, a boil order might be issued throughout the entire system. If a boil order is needed, it will be announced on the City’s social media pages, website, and through our Highland Happenings App.
