The Highland Police Department is asking for the community’s help in identifying the individuals pictured below in the attached images. These individuals are persons of interest in connection with a retail theft that occurred on October 4th, 2025 at approximately 3:20 pm at the Dollar General Store located at 1304 Broadway, Highland, IL 62249.
