Due to high winds on Friday, May 16, 2025 the Street and Alley Division will be collecting storm related debris. We strongly encourage utilizing the city’s regular landscape trash pickup. Any debris that can be bagged, bundled, or placed in a can with a X for pickup by the trash haulers should be handled in that way.
Only very large limbs or amounts (cut into manageable pieces) will be collected by the Street Department. All debris for pickup must be moved to the curb. Department personnel will not remove debris from private property. Crews will not patrol the streets and alleys for debris piles.
In order to have your debris removed, please call the Public Works Department at 654-6823 and have a work order entered for the pickup.
Pickup will continue through close of business on Tuesday, May 27, 2025.
