Per the City of Highland Ordinance Section 90-262 and Section 90-263 , the following regulations apply:
- Any sign is prohibited from being placed in a City or State Right-of-Way without written permission from the City Manager or Chief of Police. Signs found in violation will be removed.
- Garage Sale signs are limited to PRIVATE PROPERTY only, may not exceed 4 square feet, and must be removed within 3 days.
- Signs to denote special occasions are permitted on private property with no time limit.
