The Highland Civic Woman’s Club is partnering with the Highland Police Department to provide a FREE Women’s Self-Defense class on August 8 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Highland Public Safety Building 12990 Troxler Ave.
Women from the surrounding area, ages 16 to 100, are encouraged to join us. This class will focus on self-awareness and self-defense. A parent or guardian must accompany participants ages 16 and 17.
The registration deadline is August 8th at 12:00 p.m. Please contact Sgt. Scott Athmer at athmer@highlandil.gov with any questions or to register. Registration is limited to 30
participants.
