City of Highland Trash and Recycle Changes Take Effect Monday, April 1, 2024
- Effective April 1st residents will need to start using Republic Services’ trash and recycle carts.
- Residents will no longer be able to place unlimited trash out for pick-up
- All trash must be placed in a Republic Services trash cart.
- Recycle items will be picked up every other week. A recycle schedule is attached.
- Residents will receive 4 free bulk collections per year.
- To arrange a bulk pick-up you may call Republic Services customer service at 618-656-6883
- Please review the Trash Route Map as your trash day may have changed.
