City of Highland Trash and Recycle Changes Take Effect Monday, April 1, 2024

1. Effective April 1^st residents will need to start using Republic Services’ trash and recycle carts.
2. Residents will no longer be able to place unlimited trash out for pick-up
3. All trash must be placed in a Republic Services trash cart.
4. Recycle items will be picked up every other week.  A recycle schedule is attached. 
5. Residents will receive 4 free bulk collections per year.
6. To arrange a bulk pick-up you may call Republic Services customer service at 618-656-6883
7. Please review the Trash Route Map as your trash day may have changed.
