July 4th Fireworks
Due to sufficient rain over the weekend, the City of Highland will provide their fireworks display as scheduled on July 4, 2023 at approximately dusk (9:00pm). We recommend being in your observation location by 8:45pm. In addition, Koepfli Road will be closed to through traffic from Sportsman Road to Northwest Manor Drive beginning at 5:30am on Tuesday, July 4, 2023. It will be reopened by 5:00am Wednesday, July 5, 2023
