Project to begin Mon., 5/8/23 weather permitting.
The City has contracted with Keller Construction to reconstruct Matter Drive on the northwest side of the city. We expect the project to begin in the next few weeks. The public should be mindful of detours, as they will change throughout construction. All businesses will be accessible for the duration of the project, just with different routes to find them. We will update you through the City’s website and the Highland Happenings app as the project progresses.
The City will make every attempt to lessen any inconvenience during construction; however, please understand that some of the inconveniences are unavoidable and are part of the improvement process.
