City Hall Closed Until Further Notice
Frozen Water Pipes Cause Damage
Due to frozen pipes and water damage, City Hall will be closed to the public until further notice beginning December 27, 2022.
City Hall business will be conducted from the Public Safety Building during normal business hours, M-F 8-4:30pm, 12990 Troxler Ave., Highland, IL 62249.
The Highland Communications Customer Service Representative will be working out of the HCS Building located at 192 Woodcrest Dr., Highland, IL 62249\ City Hall can still be reached at 618-654-9891. The after-hours drop box for utility payments at City Hall will still be available. We appreciated your patience as we work through these issues and repair City Hall.
