City of Highland Water Customers,
You will be receiving the biannual survey required by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency in the mail.
Please take a moment and answer the survey about your water system and cross contamination points with municipal water.
You may receive more than one survey if you own more than one property – Fill out each one.
Return the survey with your utility payment, drop it by City Hall or the Public Works Department, or mail to: City of Highland, Department of Public Works, P.O. Box 218, Highland, IL 62249.
