The City of Highland was notified today by Republic Services that they have added staff to their Highland Routes and are implementing training to address the issues with refuse collection the last few weeks. In order to more timely respond to complaints of missed pickups, Republic has asked that complaints of missed pickups be reported directly to their staff so they can direct dispatch trucks to the problem locations.
