NOTICE is hereby given that the office of the City Clerk of the City of Highland, located within City Hall, will begin accepting candidate petitions, at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, November 16, 2020, for the Consolidated Primary Election to be held on Tuesday, February 23, 2021. Candidate petitions will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on Monday, November 23, 2020, for the following offices to be voted upon:
1 Mayor -- Four-year term
1 City Treasurer -- Four-year term
1 City Clerk -- Four-year term
2 Councilmen -- Each for a four-year term
Note: City Hall is located at 1115 Broadway and, during the filing period, will be open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., with the exception of Monday, November 23, when it will remain open until 5:00 p.m., for the express purpose of accepting candidate petitions.
