Registration is open in person at the Korte Recreation Center for several American Red Cross courses including Swim Lessons, Lifeguard Course, Jr. Lifeguard and Water Safety Instructor. The Highland Parks and Recreation Department is proud to be an Authorized Provider, especially as we celebrate Water Safety Month this May. Swim Lessons options include Infant, Toddler, Preschool levels, Learn to Swim Levels and Adult Beginners. For a complete list of dates and time, please click the link. If interested in working this summer as a lifeguard, pool aide, or swim instructor please consider taking one of these training options and join our aquatics team! Candidates interested in working for the City of Highland may qualify for reimbursement after meeting specific criteria.
