The City of Highland's use of technology has grown over the course of the last several years. Because of we operate our own internet service provider, it is estiamted that we save our community a bout $350,000.00 annually but using our own technology rather than contracting services out to third parties.
We are also able to save a considerable money by becoming a certified Microsoft Data Center. Rather than using a cloud solution, we maintain our own servers and applications here locally.
