The City of Highland's rental program helps ensure that rental properties within the City of Highland meet health and safety standards.
All landlords with rental properties within city limits must register as a landlord. There is no associated fee for registering as a landlord. Please file a Landlord Registration form with our department.
Each rental property must be inspected prior to being occupied by a new tenant. Please submit a Rental Inspection Request form and the $25 inspection fee prior for each of your rental units prior to a new tenant moving in.
