How soon can I get into the room to decorate?
Fifteen minutes prior to the party start time. Reminder that we do not allow wall decorations, so please only bring table decorations.
Can the guests use the basketball court in addition to the pool?
Yes, with proper non-marking tennis shoes. No crocks, slides, or flip flops for their safety. Basketballs and volleyballs are available at the front desk.
Are there locker rooms to change into swimsuits?
The locker rooms are on the first floor past the concession stand with lockers and showers. The pool entrance is the door located after the line of showers.
Can we bring in our own food?
You may bring in your own food or drink, other than alcohol, that is not offered as an option with the base package such as fruit, veggies, chips, cupcakes, etc.
Do we have to use the party room for the entire ninety minutes that we are scheduled in there?
No, you may use the gymnasium or pool as long as it is open for Open Swim. Please check the pool schedule if interested. Keep in mind that another party may be scheduled after your allocated party room time, so you will still need to have your guests and belongings out of the room after the ninety minutes.
Can we swim both before and after our party room time?
Yes, your swim time is unlimited as long as Open Swim is available at both times before and after your room time. Please check the Pool Schedule.
Do the guests need to put shoes and shirts on when going from the pool to the party room?
Yes, all guests must be fairly dried off and wearing shoes and shirt when exiting the pool area to avoid the floor getting wet and becoming slippery and unsafe in the hallway and lobby.
Can kids run on the Walking Track?
We prefer the kids avoid the Walking Track unless they are accompanied with an adult walking beside them and following the Walking Track rules/direction of traffic. No Racing around the Track.
Are the party guests allowed in the Fitness Area?
Party Guests 16 and older may use the Fitness Area if included on your Full Facility use guest list.
Where are the bathrooms located in the facility?
The bathrooms on the first floor are located in the lobby area. The bathrooms on the second floor are down the hall from the party rooms past the Fitness Area. Please do not cut through the Fitness Area (including adults) due to the free weights and potential for an accident. The hallway is the safest route on the second floor.
Do you have locks for the lockers?
You can bring your own lock or locks are available at the front desk to rent for $0.50 or to purchase for $4.00.
