Group Fitness Class Descriptions

Premium Memberships include Unlimited Group Fitness Classes, but registration is highly encouraged.

Session Fee Per Class:
  $25 Member $32 Non-member, may be prorated

Drop-in Rate:  $3 Member $4.50 Non-member  Barre Drop-in Rate:  $10 Member $12 Non-member

Chance Card - This card allows you to attend any class without committing.  Chance cards do not expire and are non-transferable.  Chance Card Fee:  $45 Member $60 Non-member

Weather Policy - If the Highland School District cancels school due to weather, then Group Fitness classes will be cancelled as weather.  A make-up pass will be given to registered participants.

Each class tries to engage as many muscle groups as possible using circuits, timed sets, weights, and body weight.  Each exercise can be modified up or down to each individual's level.  A little cardio is always added in. Read More
