The Highland Parks & Recreation Department does not allow anyone to:
- Endanger the safety of others
- Use verbal or gestures of profanity
- Engage in fighting
- Use tobacco in our facilities
- Be under the influence of drugs/alcohol
- Misuse or abuse equipment and/or park property
- Verbally or physically abuse staff
*Staff may require violators to leave the facility or park area. In addition, they have the right to revoke memberships or park use for any length of time.
