You may also utilize the online bill payment options associated with your Bank. If you use this option you must include your account number from your bill. If you account number is not correct then your payment may not be applied correctly. If you have any questions please call our office at 618-654-9891 option 3.
Auto Draft from Checking or Savings
Please complete Auto Pay Form and return with a voided check (checking) or deposit slip (savings) within 72 hours of next bill payment due date to ensure adequate time for processing. The amount due will be processed for payment on the due date or next business day.

Take advantage of our most streamlined bill payment process. After you receive the first utility bill register your account at: highland.merchanttransact.com
When signing up for an online account you will need your bill. Your name must be entered exactly how it appears on your bill. Please remember to use all caps when entering your name. If you experience any problems please call our office at 618-654-9891 option 3.
