  • Password: Check CAPS Lock and NUM Lock on your keyboard. Passwords are case sensitive, so "PASSWORD" and "Password" are recognized as two different passwords. If you're sure you're using the correct email address or mobile phone number, try to Reset Your Password.

Reset Your Password

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it by going through our password assistance process on our website.

To reset your password:

  1. Go to Password assistance.

  3. Enter the OTP you received and select Continue.
Create a new password.

As soon as you've created a new password, it's active. Your new password is for all Amazon-related accounts associated with the same email address.

Remove other connected gadgets with HDMI port

Almost every TV comes with 2 or more HDMI ports and therefore, it makes it easier for us to connect two or more devices with the HDMI ports.  Sometimes, the connection of two or more gadgets in a single TV doesn’t provide adequate power to all the attached gadgets.

Try removing other connected gadgets with the HDMI ports or plugging them one by one to check out which device is causing the problem.
