The Silver Lake Waterfowl Blind Program has been an integral part of the Conservation Program for many years. The program provides waterfowl opportunities to both residents and non-residents of Highland. All state and federal game laws apply while hunting on City property at all times.
An annual Silver Lake Waterfowl Blind is $200 regardless of place of residence.
