Trout Season

Annually rainbow trout are released into Old City Lake for Trout Season.  All anglers must possess an inland trout stamp as well as an Illinois fishing license. 

2023 Season Cancelled due to water level lowered for Spillway/Dam improvements.   See you in 2024 and thanks for understanding!

Daily Limit:  5 Trout per person per day
