100 Mile Challenge

Date:  May 1st to June 7th, all forms submitted by June 8th

Time:  Anytime

Submit your name, the date, and distance either daily, weekly, or at the end of the month on the form below.  The form has 10 entry lines, but only one is required to submit.  In order to complete this challenge, it is recommended to pace yourself for 25 miles per week.
