This
swim conditioning program is designed to help youth swimmers build endurance, strength, and speed in the water. Through a combination of stroke technique, interval training, dryland exercises, and skill-focused drills, swimmers will improve their overall performance and confidence in the pool. This program will provide structured, challenging, and fun workouts that push swimmers to reach their next level while keeping training engaging.
Age: 10 to 18 years of age, younger possible with instructor consent
8 Week Monday Session
- September 15th to November 10th, no class on October 13th
- 7pm to 8:30pm
- Members $50 Non-members $80
6 Week Saturday Session
- September 13th to October 18th
- 10am to 11:30am
- Members $37.50 Non-members $60
