Next Level Laps (10 to 18 yrs)

This swim conditioning program is designed to help youth swimmers build endurance, strength, and speed in the water. Through a combination of stroke technique, interval training, dryland exercises, and skill-focused drills, swimmers will improve their overall performance and confidence in the pool.   This program will provide structured, challenging, and fun workouts that push swimmers to reach their next level while keeping training engaging.

Age:  10 to 18 years of age, younger possible with instructor consent

  • April 20th to May 18th
  • 6:30pm to 8pm
  • Members $31.25  Non-members $50
